Annual Report 2002

Welcome to the City Focus on community priorities. In this annual report, community members can learn about some of the priority projects and activities on tap for this year.

The various goals and objectives are placed into seven categories: 

  • Housing – programs and projects related to housing issues in the community;
  • Land Use  – issues about physical growth and development activities in the City;
  • Public Facilities  – the buildings or land owned or leased by the City;
  • Economic  – development of City-owned property as well as projects that enhance our community’s vitality;
  • Social  – community outreach programs, volunteers and youth and family issues;
  • Public Safety – the police and fire departments; 
    and
  • Historic Preservation – programs and policies regarding historical sites and activities.

Also included is a Community Survey you can print out; give us your comments and suggestions; then fax or mail back to us at the City Manager's Office.
