1922 Seagrave Fire Apparatus second piece of motorized apparatus in the City.  Chief William E. Parker stand by as old hard rubber tires are replaced with pneumatic tires.  The building and tire shop still stands today it is on Tyler Street across from Transit Plaza. circa 1922
