PLEASE NOTE: PERMIT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you
desire to change your billing option, it will become effective the
following quarter. You may not switch billing options during the
quarter. A replacement fee of $10.00 per permit will be charged for lost
or stolen paper permits. (Resolution 94-84). An
administrative fee of $10 will be charged to dismiss a parking citation
