Objectives and Scope

The City of Monterey’s Housing and Property Management Division distributes funds to non-profit organizations providing community services to low- and moderate-income Monterey residents through its annual community services grant funding process.

Each year, non-profit organizations can apply for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Agencies may be awarded a Grant based upon the target population and services they provide.
