DESCRIPTION and PURPOSE OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION |
| This project will
widen the street from 24 feet to 36 feet and includes the removal of
existing street improvements, relocation of utility poles and lines,
construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and pavement, and the
installation of new storm drains and catch basins. The project goal is
to improve traffic and pedestrian safety, provide additional on-street
parking, and direct storm water runoff to an underground drainage pipe
system. |
