Located in New Monterey at the corner of Lighthouse and Dickman Avenues, the Monterey Senior Center is not just for Seniors! We offer a variety of programs for both active adults and seniors. Please click on the Activities Guide link to view a list of current activities.

We are the home of Monterey's most popular travel group, Golden 55 Travelers. Specially designed for "mature active adults", our excursions are open to everyone age 18 and older. The Senior Center is a lovely, early California style, building available for special events, private parties and non-profit organization meetings. Scholze park, the site of the Senior Center, is a 1.2 acre park with a large turf area and group BBQ area.
