A typical set of plans
should include:
- A site/plot map
- A foundation plan
- roof & floor framing plans
- construction sections
- appropriate floor plans
Additional requirements for any
of the above:
- Complete address and parcel number
- Job valuation
- Job description
- Minimum Paper Size is 11" X 17"
- If you are adding floor area, 2 sets of energy calculations
are required.
- If your work costs $1,000.00 or more, battery operated smoke
detectors are needed in halls and bedrooms.
- Plans should be clear and legible.
