Cemetery Coordinator, Michael Leach

The City of Monterey, Cementerio El Encinal or "Cemetery of Many Oaks" welcomes Parks Division employee Michael Leach as the new cemetery coordinator. Mike has over 25 years experience managing turfgrass and landscape maintenance with 15 years in Municipal service.

The Cementerio El Encinal is celebrating it's 75th Anniversary providing quality service and maintenance since 1933.

The cemetery staff maintains 10 acres of turfgrass, trees and landscape areas in addition to providing assistance with sales & services. We can meet with individuals and families to discuss your present and future cemetery needs. The staff also provides tours of our historical cemetery.
