Monterey offers several outlets for quality childcare for children of
all ages. The main place to start in your search for these services is
through the Recreation and
Community Services Department. Seasonal and year around programs
include Playgrounds, Camps, a Pre-school Program and Afterschool
Programs.

2) In addition, the
Childrens' Creative Learning Centers
is open and accepting
applications for its infant, toddler and preschool programs. The Center is a joint
effort of the City of Monterey and the Department of the Army and is managed by
Children's Creative Learning
Centers.

are given first priority for enrollment. Center staff also work with families to arrange

Childrens' Creative Learning Centers offers:

for early childhood programs.
