PROJECTS FUNDED BY THE POT AND PARTIAL BASE ALLOCATIONS

  1. 2004 New Monterey Drainage
Surface drainage improvements along the N/W side of the 1500 block of Hoffman Avenue and the West side of the 800 block of Lyndon Avenue.

  2. Via Mirada Traffic Calming
A traffic study must be done first, but the proposed project is to construct bulbouts to slow traffic at 848 and 867 Via Mirada.

  3. Jefferson/Manzanita Median and Curb Extension
This traffic calming project is to 1) construct an island on Jefferson Street between Manzanita Street and Clay Street and 2) construct bulb outs along Jefferson Street at the East intersection with Monroe Street.

  4. CONA Traffic Calming Phase III
This is the construction phase of the approved traffic-calming plan. The plan would be to construct medians, bulb outs, crosswalks, landscaping and other traffic reducing measures until the budget is consumed.

This project will improve the landscaping entryway to the neighborhood along Littlefield Road. Improvements will include new trees and a rock grouping.
