The following pie charts provide an overall
view of the City's General Fund budget for 2002-03. The first chart shows the sources of funding
for general funds. Included as funding sources are all current year revenues plus
reserves allocated for capital projects.
The following chart shows the total
General Fund operating expenditures for 2002-03. This includes operating expenditures,
capital replacement and capital improvement expenditures.
