view of the City's total budget for 1999-2000. The first chart shows the sources of
funding for all funds. Included as funding sources are all current year revenues
plus reserves allocated for capital projects.
The following chart shows the total
expenditures by program for 1999-2000. This includes operating expenditures,
capital replacement and capital improvement expenditures.
