The City of Monterey, California has won Sister Cities International’s (SCI) 2016 Economic Development Award
On June 27, 2016 at approximately 5:11 p.m., Seaside Police Officers responded to the Seaside Garden Center, 1100 block of San Pablo in Seaside, regarding an armed robbery.
During the Fourth of July pancake breakfast and afternoon lawn party, the Monterey Fire Department will be celebrating the 100th birthday of its first mechanized fire engine. “The Old Gray Mare,” a 1916 Seagrave fire engine, will be on display at Monterey Fire Station #1, 600 Pacific Street, next to City Hall.
