The Successor Agency is the legal entity tasked with winding down the affairs of the former City of Monterey Redevelopment Agency which was dissolved as of February 1, 2012 as required by the State of California Dissolution Act (ABx1 26) codified as Health and Safety Code Sections 34161 - 34191.     Night-time Closure of Westbound (toward PG) Highway 68 Bridge over Highway 1 - Starting the night of Sunday, August 28 through the morning of Thursday, September 1 and continuing Tuesday September 6 and Wednesday September 7. No work will be done Friday – Monday of the Labor Day holiday Weekend. MAP OF DETOUR
    Full Night-time Closure of Highway 68 Bridge over Highway 1 on September 8 (both directions)
    Emergency vehicles will have full access through the work zone at all times. Motorists should expect delays of approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Sign-up to receive email notifications: www.tamcmonterey.org. TAMC will send a weekly “look-ahead” with info about the construction, road closures, detours, traffic conditions and travel options.
