The Sports Center features two indoor pools, group exercise classes, group swim lessons and private/semi-private instruction for personal training, basketball, volleyball, and swim lessons. Whether you enjoy a dip in the 25-yard lap pool, a running on a treadmill, lifting weights or participating in a group exercise class, the Monterey Sports Center is the best facility for your fitness and recreational needs.

weight room closure/new weight room installation

The Weight Room will be CLOSED from Tuesday, April 23rd through Friday, May 3rd. During this time, old weight room equipment will be extracted, cleaning and painting will be done and new weight room equipment will be installed. The Weight Room will reopen on Saturday, May 4th. Personal Trainers will be available to assist guests with the new equipment from 8:00am to 5:00pm on May 4th and 5th. Free 30-minute Weight Room Orientations will open for online registration to members and guests 16 years of age and older on April 22nd.
